Security & Privacy
We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet. We will not sell your information to anyone.
Refunds: All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of the transaction.
Payment By Mail
If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five-seven business days before the due date specified on your bill.
Automatic Bank Draft
The worry-free way to pay your water bill. With this service, the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your bank account and credited to your utility account. There is no set-up fee or charge associated with this method of payment. To set up Automated Bank Draft, simply download and fill out the ACH Recurring Debit Form located in the Forms & Reports Section and drop it off or mail it to our office, along with a voided check.
Payment Drop-off Location
You may pay your bill in person at our office address. We accept cash, check, or money orders. To avoid longer wait times, please note that Mondays, Fridays and the first day after a holiday are normally very busy.
Woodbine SUD is pleased to announce to our customers that online bill pay is available on our web-site. If you are interested, simply click on "Pay Your Bill Now" button on the right of the screen or at the bottom of the screen. This will take you to a page that asks you to register if you are not already registered. To register, you will need your account number (which is found on the top left corner of your bill) and your zip code. Once you register, you can choose to save your information, or to put it in new every time you wish to make a payment. If you do not want to register, but only want to make a payment, go to the quick pay button. You will need your account number. This method will not show you how much your bill is, so you will have to put in an amount that you wish to pay.
*Note: If we have recently changed out your Master Meter to a Badger Meter, your account number has changed. You will need to re-register your online account with your new account number.
Automatic Payment Online
You can now enroll on our Automatic Payments with your Online Account. All members are required to pay the account to zero in order to enroll and the automatic payments will be enrolled for your next billing cycle. Just log into your online account and click on the "Billing" tap at the top and click on "Automatic Payments". It will guide you through the enrolling process and you will be set up with the worry-free process of paying your account each month.
Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay
Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. If you choose this option, be sure to include your account number with the payment. Please consult with your bank for more information.
